Billingunion

  • We never run discounts. We do offer free trials. If you are interested in an individual trial, please contact support@yumzi.app.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we also support wire transfers on request.
  • There are no contracts or setup fees. You can switch your plan or cancel your Yumzi subscription at any time.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your account anytime from your Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades and cancellations become effective at the end of your current billing period.
  • Cancel your plan anytime from your Account Settings. When you cancel, you’ll still be able to use your plan until the end of your subscription period. After your paid subscription ends, you’ll be switched to a free plan with limited possibilities.
  • Yumzi does not issue refunds in general. For monthly subscriptions, you can request for a refund if you haven't used the service, but we may decline your request if we see any material activity in your account.

  • Of course, both a digital and a physical menu can be used. We always suggest having simple physical menus as a backup in case a customer wants one.
  • Yes, you can import your menu by uploading it in PDF format. Yumzi will scan it and extract all the necessary information. If you have previously maintained your menu in an Excel/Google spreadsheet, you can simply copy and paste it using God Mode.
  • No downloads, no registration. Just excellent user experience.
  • At present, no orders can be processed via the platform. However, we are working on appropriate solutions. For further questions, please contact support@yumzi.app.
  • You can update your menu in real time at any time via the Admin Panel.
  • Your menu is always accessible through your unique link. You can link to a QR code and place it wherever you want. Alternatively, you can set Yumzi to open on tablets by default and make it available to your guests that way.
